• 10 Lessons We’ve Learned About Person-Centered Practices, which outlines key learning about person-centered practices to support ongoing systems change.

• Let’s Connect: A Community Engagement Workbook for State and Local Human Service Agencies, which outlines the must-do’s for planning community engagement, along with quick and tangible tools, tips, resources, and templates for professionals in state and local human service agencies to support the facilitation of meaningful engagement with people accessing services, families, service providers, and advocates.

• Belonging: How to Support People’s Social Selves, which explores the importance of fostering meaningful relationships, community connections, and social belonging for people with disabilities.
