The CAPS@HSRI team is currently supporting the evaluation of the North Carolina Person-Centered Practice Learning Collaborative. HSRI is evaluating whether the Collaborative is meeting its intended outcomes of supporting mental health and substance use providers to improve person-centered planning processes and outcomes for people accessing services.
